Feature Request: Pause/Rescan/Add folder buttons on top

I have a lot of folders syncing, and quite often I make a new file on one computer, then immediately want to pull it up on another computer that folder is shared to.

I have to click “rescan all” every time to be able to open it on the other computer, but those buttons are way at the bottom of the list of folders. It would be way more convenient to have them at the top in the same row as the “Folders” heading so I don’t have to scroll down to the bottom to click that button.

It’s a valid request, but needs someone who is willing to spend time on this and produce a PR.
