Feature request: allow -verbose to be toggled in GUI

I’d like to turn on/off -verbose from GUI, but as far as I see it, that would imply to start/stop verboseService() on the fly. So it might not be as simple as I hope.

Reason: I cannot change startup command line options, since this would mean to edit the startup files on the NAS. I could, but this implys a restart/rescan. And since I wanted to get ‘verbose’ for monitoring an issue, the issue would be gone.

Any chances ?

Sounds reasonable. File a PR if you are capable, I can provide any guidance needed. Otherwise I don’t think anyone is in particular interested in implementing this.
