Exclude temp files of office to be synced

Can i exclude the tmp files of office that created while the file is editing ! I see that Syncthing sync the temp office file that start with ~$ and their size about 1-2kb … Can i stop syncing this files ? And they keep alot of files on version folder as you see on screenshoot

You need to add ~$* to the ignore patterns for the folder in question.
