Dissable of auto upgrade

I doesnt found any thread about a working parameter e.g. -no-upgrade or similar. In which way I can set a parameter in the config.xml for that?

autoUpgradeIntervalH

Check for a newer version after this many hours. Set to zero to disable automatic upgrades.

Or set the environment variable.

jb@kvin:~ % syncthing --help | grep UPGRADE
 STNOUPGRADE       Disable automatic upgrades.
