directories not deleted although no ignore patterns in folder pair

I have a send and receive folder pair on Windows 10 (Sync Trayzor, Syncthing v1.16.1)and Android 10 (Syncthing Fork, Syncthing v1.16.0).

Today the web interface on the phone says for a large number of folders: “directory has been deleted on a remote device but is not empty; the contents are probably ignored on that remote device, but not locally”

These folders have been deleted on the computer and they shall be deleted on the phone also.

There are no ignore patterns on either side.

How can I fix this?

Did you check what those contents are? The part about ignores is a hint for a common problem, it’s not necessarily the cause.
