After installation, a page opens where I can configure the sync, but when I went into the program folder, I saw that where I did the synchronization corresponds to the ConfigurationPage file, and syncthing.exe contains a completely unconfigured version where it have a template of Default Folder, what is better to use for synchronization?
Iām not sure I understand the question. Use the GUI to configure synchronization for any folders you want.

However you install syncthing, the running instance will have a GUI Management console running on the Local Host 127.0.0.1:8384.
That is where you should do all of your configuring.
