None whatsoever. That was all a long sidetrack about discovery, while your “doesn’t stay connected” issue probably doesn’t have much to do with that. You’re trying to sync between two phones, both of which will do funny stuff with shutting down the app, the network, etc for power saving reasons. That’s going to be difficult to get working reliably.
If you need to sync stuff to a phone, I suggest the other side of the connection should be a normal computer.
