Delete SyncthingServiceAcct

I installed syncthing for all users and it was a mistake.

I tried removing the SyncthingServiceAcct using SystemPropertiesAdvanced in powershell and ran the installer again but couldn’t change installation type.

And I checked again and SyncthingServiceAcct keeps re-creating over and over no matter how many times I remove it
