Delete files after microSD error?

I use this program to sync music on my PC and phone (android). Now I noticed that some of the music is missing. Shortly before that, I had a microSD reading error on my phone. I inserted the microSD into the PC, Windows checked it and restored it by creating .chk files. (it turns out that some files were corrupted). Could it be that SyncTrayzor saw that these files were missing and deleted them on the PC?

Not really, because the SD card would be mounted under a completely different path than the original folder. However, if the files had disappeared from the phone because of the corruption, then it is very much possible that Syncthing on the phone recognised them as deletions, and pushed those deletions to other devices as well, including your PC.
