Decoding posted config: read tcp i/o timeout

Hello,

I encountered this on the WebGui of one of my Syncthing v1.0.0 installations:

2019-01-30 18:26:06: Decoding posted config: read tcp 192.168.168.77:8384->192.168.168.66:49617: i/o timeout

192.168.168.77 = MacOS (MacBookPro Laptop)
192.168.168.66 = Win64 (Fixed Computer)

Unfortunately, no log is available (for that moment), so I simply want to ask, what this notice is all about and how can I prevent its cause ? I never have seen this before.

The browser was sending a configuration update. Syncthing, while reading it, noticed that the browser had stopped sending and timed out.

My wild guess at a root cause would be antivirus, browser extensions (in that order).
