Debian APT Syncthing upgrade with proxy

Hi,

my proxy reported a new URL being accessed during ‘apt upgrade syncthing’. Is this an official source so I should add it to the whitelist?

https://syncthing-apt.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud/dists/syncthing/release/binary-amd64/syncthing_1.27.8_amd64.deb
