Hi,
I ran into an issue today while syncing pictures from my Android phone to my PC using Syncthing. I noticed that my hard drive had filled up, so I tried to free up space by deleting multiple files later. However, the available space remained stuck at less than 0.75 %. Eventually, I changed the “minimum free disk space” setting in the GUI, but as soon as I did, the browser tab closed with applied changes. Since then, the Syncthing app hasn’t been able to start or progress any further.
Using Win 10 64bit.
Are you sure that you didn’t actually, at one point, run out of space completely? I’d assume that could potentially lead to database corruption.
At this point, I think you’ll likely need to reset the database in order to be able to start Syncthing again. You can do it by deleting the database folder as listed in the log.
Please just keep in mind that resetting the database can have some unexpected consequences, e.g. if you’ve deleted files locally in the meantime when Syncthing wasn’t running, they will be re-downloaded from other devices. Also, resetting the database is very dangerous when using ignoreDelete, because it will cause the previously ignored deletions to sync and remove the actual files from the disk.
