Current build of DMG for OSX

Would it be possible to get a current Syncthing Mac OS installer DMG? The most current one seems to be v2.0.3:

I usually install via HomeBrew, but I have a couple of machines that have been upgraded from previous versions of MacOS and have, from what I can tell, widely-reported issues with the application firewall and never prompt to allow network access. I’ve been around and around a few times trying to fix this, but the easiest solution (and the only one that works, to date) was to install Syncthing from the DMG. Being able to keep up-to-date on the many changes/fixes since 2.0.3 would be awesome.

I’m looking specifically for the Intel version, not Apple Silicon.

I’m not particularly involved with that release, but I know that apart from the GUI functionality it simply wraps the binary Syncthing release that you can download on Syncthing | Downloads and, I think, enables auto upgrades. Which is to say, it shouldn’t make much of a difference if it’s v2.0.3 or v2.0.11, and if it does you can just replace the Syncthing binary after installation…
