Connections from syncthing to unknown site

Hi

I happened to notice connections to an external service on my MacOS. After narrowing it down it seems to be coming from my syncthing client (1.27.8).

If I stop the syncthing service and run wireshark nothing untoward is captured. As soon as I start the service I get a number of encrypted conversations as follows:

Any ideas? I’ve not spotted anything obvious in the code base
