As far as I understand, the “addresses” setting (configuration/defaults/device/address in XML) specifies the advertised addresses of the device. But it seems to have no effect on the listen address.

For example, if I configure tcp://0.0.0.0:22000 then it still listens on tcp6 and udp6 as well.

Is there a way to configure the listen addresses?

It does not. It sets the default address to be used for remote devices added in the future. It should typically be dynamic.

You set the listen address under Settings → Connections → Sync Protocol Listen Address.
