Can't view stuck out of sync item

I have one Syncthing server that thinks 3 other Syncthing servers need a single 288B file. Restarting any of the Syncthing servers in question doesn’t fix it.

But what’s really bothering me is I don’t know what this 288B file is. The “Out of sync items” dialogs for all three servers is empty. What’s going on? What are other methods I can’t use to view out of sync items?

This is hopefully the same issue as which is fixed in the upcoming v1.11.0 release.
