Cannot reply to a topic in the Announce category?

Hi, I created an account so that I can ask some clarifying questions about the recent Discontinuing syncthing-android announcement, but I don’t have the option to reply to posts there. Are special permissions needed to reply to Announce topics, and could I request to be granted those permissions?

Your first couple of posts as a brand new user can’t be in announce threads. You should be fine now.
