Cannot find the "follow symlinks" option in the web GUI

I’m running v0.14.30, Linux (64 bit) and I cannot find the “follow symlinks” option in the GUI.

Was this feature disabled or hidden? How can I access it?

There is no such feature.

Oh, I think I saw it at some point, but maybe I’m just making stuff up.

Can I make Syncthing follow symlinks? Does it do that by default?

Or can I fake that with mount binds on Linux?

The only way is bindmounts + hardlinks. There was a discussion about this feature but it has dangerous implications when being toggled on and off on content that is already synced etc.
