Can I rename stfolder and stversions folder in Windows?

On windows 11, I want to use a piece of software but it also does its “work” on the folders which have the hidden attribute! BUT it doesn’t do its “work” on the folders whose names start with a dot.

I don’t want it to do its “work” on these hidden attribute folders: stversions and stfolder So, I want to ask this: Can I rename those folders to add with a dot in front of their names? Will that break syncthing functionality?

Additional information: I am using syncthing to sync files between my windows 11 laptop and my android phone.

The folders already have the leading dot in their name by default. And they are hidden (using the attribute) as well.

What is it that you need in addition?

Sorry, I just… don’t know. I wasn’t able to see the dot?? … I need to take a break… Delete this topic/thread please.
