Every time I click revert local changes, it scans, and then it’s still there.
“Permission denied” is indeed not going to get fixed by tapping the button again, you need to sort out the discrepancy between the user running Syncthing and the permissions they have for the files on disk.
(I like the GCUs, GSVs, GOUs in your naming convention!

Another Cultured person in the wild!
I have set R/W to everyone for all data in my /syncthing/ dir on my server and it still says this after several restarts /attempts etc.
