New to Syncthing. I am trying to figure out how to backup to a remote computer over the internet. I seem to not be able to find any info on this topic.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

You can of course still use Syncthing to sync files to that remote compute of yours, and then use a backup program to create backups locally. If you have any problems setting that up with the help of the documentation if needed, feel free to ask concrete questions about that.
Ok, How would I go about setting up syncthing to sync to a remote computer over the internet?
Either you start reading here https://docs.syncthing.net/ or wherever else a search points you or you just install it on both sides and take it from there (syncthing.net).
