apt upgrade gets "....connection timed out"

Hello,

When I try to update my syncthing version on a Raspberry Pi with apt update and then apt upgrade. I get the following error message:

1 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 47 not upgraded.
Need to get 9,746 kB of archives.
After this operation, 71.7 kB disk space will be freed.
Err:1 https://apt.syncthing.net syncthing/stable arm64 syncthing arm64 1.27.2
Could not connect to apt.syncthing.net:443 (143.244.196.6), connection timed out
E: Failed to fetch https://apt.syncthing.net/dists/syncthing/stable/binary-arm64/syncthing_1.27.2_arm64.deb Could not connect to apt.syncthing.net:443 (143.244.196.6), connection timed out
E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

Any Ideas? Thank

Thanks for the tip. I have found the problem. A VPN was set up by default on the Raspi. After I deactivated it for the apt upgrade, the update worked without any problems The Task is closed
