apt.syncthing.net down?

Hi - it looks like apt.syncthing.net is down, I am getting network unreachable when I attempt to update. I assume this is just some maintenance, but alerting in case it is not.

I am v4 only, and some v6 is given but I cannot reach it. (Thank you, Spectrum).

DigitalOcean had a failure and performed an “emergency migration” of our web thing.
