No, this is the forked version. Please keep in mind that the official app is going to be discontinued in December (see https://forum.syncthing.net/t/discontinuing-syncthing-android/23002).
When it comes to the Fork, the recommended way to download it is either from F-Droid or directly from GitHub (see https://github.com/Catfriend1/syncthing-android#syncthing-fork—a-syncthing-wrapper-for-android).
