Any way to remove the notification ping sound on macos?

I’ve got a 14in M1 Macbook Pro and I use syncthing to keep an Obsidian Notebook up to date across my devices.

Every time syncthing syncs, I get a notification sound. Since I am constantly editing files, I hear the noise constantly.

Do you have any tips for silencing the application?

It turns out this was due to a file conflict that was unresolved. Once resolved, the noise went away.

Syncthing doesn’t make sound though, so it came from somewhere else anyway.
