I want to have a backup of a folder in another drive within the same device (windows). Original folder in may be D:
Create a backup with versioning in E:
Both in same device, Windows.

This has come up a number of times in the forum previously.

Don’t.

Use rsync, FreeFileSync, or something like it.

While you can create a science project of installing Syncthing twice on the same machine, it’s going to be a huge pain where you sit for no benefit over a tool designed to do what you’re looking for.
