The main points are:
- it works with my pure openbox and tint2 system
- allows to define certain number of devices as servers, then it shows “Up to Date” if local files are up to date and at least one of the servers is “Up to Date”
- wiggles when it’s not “Up to Date” or none of the servers are “Up to Date”, so one short look suffices to know you can’t yet start work/ you can’t yet turn off your computer (this corresponds to my dropbox routine).
When I was writing it I started to wonder why doesn’t syncthing have a simple icon built in? It would simplify things like checking if st is still alive, and other small things.
