Another SyncThing Database Migration Stuck Topic

I know it says this may take a while. It’s been 4+hours running and I’d just like to know if it’s stuck or let it continue…..?

Synology NAS DS223j, Upgrade syncthing to v2.0.13

Previously syncing only two folders 1)32gb/27000files/7300folders 2) 169gb/27000files/761folders

Possibly pertinent background: Windows 11 PC just reinstalled W11 and synctrazor is not yet installed.

Opened syncthing on NAS and get the following log:

Do you mean that it got stuck at 2026-02-27 10:40:14 and it’s now been 4 hours with no further activity in the log at all? If yes, then I’d say it’s likely that Syncthing had either crashed or had been killed by the OS. Can you verify if the process is still running in background?

Yes. No further activity in the log.

On the synology NAS resource monitor, the syncthing process shows “sleeping”.

Should I just close the syncthing tab and restart syncthing from the synology control panel?

Honestly, I cannot help with Synology-related stuff, but you definitely should try restarting Syncthing at this point. Also, modernc-sqlite in the log indicates that your Syncthing binary wasn’t built with a recommended C compiler and its performance will be about 20% slower than our official builds.

Let me guess. You’re using the Linuxserver Docker image.

Negative, only what I have thru the Synology “package center”. Upgraded thru their links….

I restarted. Looks like everything completed. My folders are sync’d up again.
