I don’t think there’s enough detail here for anyone to be able to understand what you’re trying to say, never mind actually provide some help.
- What exactly did you do? Write down all of the steps that you took. Pretend that you’re trying to tell your friend how to do exactly what you did: give all of the information that he will need
- What happened? Lots of detail, please. Logs. Screenshots.
- What did you expect to happen? How does this differ from what actually happened?
