2-Way Folder Sync between WinPhone & Android

NOTE:

WinPhone = Microsoft Lumia 640 XL Dual SIM WP8.1 latest version

Android = Nexus 7 WiFi tablet KitKat 4.4.4 rooted

SITUATION:

I bought Microsoft Lumia 640 XL Dual SIM. This is my first windows phone before that i was on iPhone, but now on Android. For me Android has been great. But having WinPhone is very punishing, very few apps and not user friendly UI.

Only good thing about Lumia 640 XL is it’s camera. But again it has no Google Photos to backup to my 10 year collection in Picasa (now Google Photos). Please do not suggest OneDrive or any other cloud photo video backup.

So, solution for me is to Sync Camera Roll folder with Photos Videos from WinPhone --> Android --> Google Photos online backup.

Google Photos has great new feature “Free Up Device Storage” which deletes original photos videos from your device that have already been backed up on cloud online.

QUESTION:

So, what i want is an Free App or SMB settings app. Which allows 2-Way sync on WLAN Local WiFi.

  1. when i take photo or video with WinPhone it backups to Android.

  2. when i delete photo or video from Android, it also deletes it from WinPhone.

  3. Auto Sync on home network WLAN local WiFi is must, over internet sync is OPTIONAL.

  4. please recommend me Syncthing app for WinPhone & Android. please provide links or download files for these.
