I have 1 folder and 2 computers, Syncthing working perfectly. I want to share this folder to my friend in readonly mode - how to do this? I want to modify this folder on any of my computers, thats why “Maser folder” is not an option.
If it is enough that one of your computers shares the folder with your friend, it should work if you add the same directory as a new folder, set that as master and share it with your friend.
In general, sharing the same directory as different folders is asking for trouble, but in this case it shouldn’t, as the second share is master.
