After fresh installation on Win 10 64 bits, syncthing launched Edge and could not open 127.0.0.1:8384 page. Used Chrome and it worked
So what happened, what error did you get? If chrome could open it, Syncthing was apparently at least running and listening there.
Works on my W10 1511 and worked before as well. (opened Edge automatically after manual start of syncthing, opens in Edge when entering http://127.0.0.1:8384)
Also, have you got HTTPS enabled?
If so there are any number of issues I could imagine, even the wrong time being set can be an issue.
