Window uses the D: directory and found that adding or reducing files cannot trigger Watch?

When I want to add a folder under the D:\ of the window, I find that the watch event cannot be triggered?

This is a known issue.

"Watch for Changes" does not work if the folder is at the root of the Windows drive.

There is no workaround, unfortunately.
