Will trusted device accept changes from untrusted device

Hi all,

I am new to Syncthing, so there are some parts about it that I am not familiar with…

For example: having 3 syncthing host: A, B and phone C

A contains a folder that is set to Receive only. Phone C is configured as SEND only. The folder is also shared to B with password. On B, the folder is set to receive-encrypted(as required).

As the files on B are “encrypted”, there is no way for people without password to identify the files. But, if for some reason an encrypted file on B are modified, will it be sent to A? Or A will never accept modifications from untrusted device (work like send-only?

Thanks for the help

“Receive Encrypted” folders are same as “Receive Only” folders, so no local changes done there are going to be sent to other devices.
