Yeah, so the device ID most likely lives on your network, and it’s just your router doing a poor job routing.

Hi, the wireshark dump above shows ESP, so I assume a VPN connection via IPSEC/s2s is active on your network. Maybe you are part of a bigger network infrastructure and you did not recognize this?
