I try to use syncthing between three PC, they are in two different NAT, both with win7 64bit.

Three node can see each other， but when a huge file changed and start to sync, the whole system became vey slow, especially for the mouse control, it was hard to move the mouse. At this time, I opened the Task Manager and saw that, the CPU was low, but there were too many IO operation from syncthing, about 10,000 times per second.That both happended on those PC. Did others got the same problem? How to fix it?

Reading a file should not bring your system to a grinding halt. This sounds like a Windows issue of some kind…

Use “Resource Monitor” / perfmon.exe to see what’s happening.
