No, I’am not expecting any work from Syncthing team about it. In fact, you probably cannot do anything with it. I had in mind some warning for Syncthing users, that it will be horribly slow with eCryptfs.
So, I removed ecrypts and everything is fine now. Sorry for disturbing here.
