But aren’t the flags usually/mostly correct on Windows as well? Otherwise this stuff would never have worked… I also note two interfaces in the GUI, five in ipconfig and three according to Go… 
That’s because the Tunnels shown just allow IPv4-only connections to theoretically access IPv6 networks and can be safely ignored (ref: http://superuser.com/questions/22290/what-is-the-teredo-tunneling-pseudo-interface).
