# Unavailable/Disabled by administrator or maintainer (Windows)

Hi

How to revert to stable updates when the setting is locked out with this message in the GUI : “Unavailable/Disabled by administrator or maintainer”?

E.g. I’m at 0.14.43-rc1 level and I want to set ST so that starting with 0.14.43 (stable) ST will skip 0.14.44-rcX upgrades and will wait for 0.14.44(stable) to run the upgrade process.

I think that’s a bug of some kind, I’m seeing the same “disabled” thing even though my upgrades are not. Will look into it. In the meantime, if you feel like digging into `config.xml`,

```xml
<configuration version="26">
  ...
  <options>
    ...
    <upgradeToPreReleases>false</upgradeToPreReleases>
  </options>
</configuration>

```
