This is at the top of [every](https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing/releases/tag/v0.11.0) [place](https://forum.syncthing.net/t/syncthing-v0-11-0-release-notes/2426) I could think of where someone might be able to download v0.11 or read about it, but maybe I missed somewhere? 😄

There is a [v0.11 update for Android](https://forum.syncthing.net/t/is-syncthing-android-for-0-11-available-for-testing/2443), otherwise downgrading the other side to v0.10.31 for the moment seems a workable solution.
