Syncthing new device ID on docker container restart

Hi,

I have syncthing running via docker on a terramaster NAS, anytime I restart the docker container syncthing resets, I receive a new device ID and have to reenter a new GUI password, is this something i need to change with syncthing or docker or both. Can anybody help or advise me please ?

You need to give it persistent volume to store it’s config and database in. I am not sure how you do that on your NAS.
