Hi all! I have vibed together a small tool to better understand the ignore patterns.

This is just something I did for myself, but maybe it will help someone else as well? Please use it freely or fork it if you find it useful. I don’t actively maintain it but if you have any suggestions and/or bugs to report I will take a look and update when I get the time.
