Syncthing deleting files from newer directories when little used PC is booted.

I have a PC I only boot up once in a while. Today after booting and allowing Syncthing to sync the directories I found that the older directory from the infrequently used PC had been used as the most current directory, and my newer files and folders had been deleted everywhere.

My configurations are pretty much default with a Raspberry Pi as an untrusted device and everything else connecting to it.

Any ideas what could cause this problem?

Not really. Files are considered deleted when they are present at one time and recorded in the database, and then not present when we look again. When there’s a conflict, like a file is deleted on device A but edited on device B, the edit wins over the delete.
