Can you check if there are syncthing processes actually running?

I’ve also just noticed that your Syncthing version has been compiled with modernc-sqlite, which is slower than the C implementation of SQLite and basically untested, as the official releases of Syncthing don’t use it (see https://forum.syncthing.net/t/syncthing-on-sqlite-help-test/23981/59).
