syncing multiple domains into one Freenas

Looking to POC Freenas and Syncthing for a potential multi system sync. I would like to use Jails to keep one system from bleeding into another.

My first real question is, does this mean more than one Syncthing install on Freenas or just multi-jails and one install of Syncthing?

I suspect this is more a FreeNAS or jails question, really. At least I don’t know the answer.
