Sync over VPN, connected but no sync

OK, I am new to SyncThing, using Freenas 11.2 and a Windows 10 machine. I set it up so they should sync. All is green on both sides in the web gui, so I believe it is connected properly. However, nothing syncs.

What detail do you need to assist in the development of a correction plan so the computers sync.
