Sync large files

Hi,

how large files are synced? I have one large file (1.2 GB) and it seems to take forever. What happens when one node is going offline, while the file is not transferred completely? Does the transfer process start all over again from the beginning, oder does ist resume from last state?

Files that fail to sync (such as if a node goes offline in the middle of the sync) will be removed and resynced from start when the nodes connect again.
