I am currently on v0.14.27, Linux (64 bit) and I seem to have systems that are stuck trying to sync forever.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

I forgot to say that it claims that my sync partner (Host B) is disconnected From Host A (the one that is stuck syncing). However, the ports are open from Host A and the address for Host A is on Host B in the addresses.
