States synced, but isn't. Where to start?

I’d like to post a log pubkically, but it contains thousands of device IDs.

Where do I start to debug?

Platforms are android and osx.

Can you post screenshots of the Syncthing Web GUI on both sides? You can obfuscate private information if there is any, but please make sure that the rest of the GUI is visible in full. On Android, you can access the Web GUI using the left slide-out menu.
