Indeed, I can ping any device in the LAN, except the Android 11 phone.
But there is nothing of the sorts configured in my modem or phone, and in the phone I still have changed very few settings, because one of the first things I do is setup Syncthing. So my best guess is that SELinux is doing that, and the mentioned bug affects any LAN connections.
I guess, at this point it’s not a syncthing issue anymore, so I am not sure we can help.
